Greetings from North Italy where we are ministering in churches for a few weeks before returning home for Thanksgiving. It has been too long since Giuseppe has been home for the Thanksgiving season. We are thankful to our Father in so many different ways. Thankful to allow all of us to participate in His plan of redemption for the many that need to hear of His Gospel.

October was a great month in having guests at Giuseppe’s apartment in Belpasso. Dean and Alessandra Jounghans came to spend some time and explore the area where they feel led to minister in the future. They have expressed their desire to serve alongside Act Now Ministries in Sicily. While there, they were of great help in blessing the daughter of a missionary friend. Along with Giuseppe, they delivered a much-needed fridge donated by friends of Giuseppe. It was a tremendous blessing, although unexpected, the need was taken care of.

While on a trip to Castelbuono, doors were opened to share the gospel, thankful to be in the moment His Word was shared effectively. While eating pizza, there was a group of bikers from Malta. While people were eating and looking strangely at the group , Giuseppe took the opportunity to reach out to seven bikers. What a moment! Then another opportunity presented itself by taking a picture of us eating pizza. As a way to thank the person that took it, they gladly received a copy of the New Testament. Very thankful.

Someone took a pic of Giuseppe at the place where all this started some 50 years ago. The first bible study inside that grey door place. Memories to be thankful for. He was sent by the local pastor to reach out to someone from Connecticut. This opened the door to share with Dorothea’s husband, Santo. Do pray for him.

Also, do pray for the prison ministry in two prisons in Catania. Act Now Ministries is again providing much-needed literature and toiletries for the inmates. We are thankful in receiving a pallet of free literature; around 1200 pounds of it in many languages. More news to come next month.

We hope that you are thankful that with your help, we are changing the hearts of the people that He puts on our path. Your input and involvement is very tangible and real. We are thankful. Thankful for the harvest this season, wherever we are. God is good. If you are not sowing, you must be watering; if you’re not watering, you must be harvesting; if you are not harvesting, you must be edifying.

We are all involved in Kingdom building, and we are thankful for each one of you. Together we Can. Thank you for your love and prayers for all of us at Act Now Ministries.
